Customized personal training programs for $75/hour. 2x per week minimum for best results.
Pilates Programs

Initial consult to discuss goals and health history and assess your body's needs.

Customized training plan with special focuses that may include postural strategies, mind-body connections for cognitive health, and balance exercises to aid in fall prevention.

Additional focus on mobility and flexibility to help you feel and move better.

Phased training program that incorporates novelty to maintain challenge to muscle and bones and help prevent or manage osteoporosis.

Coaching on exercise and movement in your daily life to complement your Pilates program.
Duets
(Includes Mat, Reformer, Chair, Arc, Trapeze Table)

Grab your spouse, partner or BFF and have fun training together!​ Note: your Pilates knowledge and ability should be roughly similar to get the most out of your sessions.

Customized training programs to work on joint mobility, strength, sensory stimulation, and static and dynamic balance (as appropriate).​​

Regular assessments to check progress and up level when appropriate.

All props and equipment are available and used as needed to help you and your partner achieve your goals.

Privates - $75 per session; Duets $50 per person per session. Packages also available.
