Service Description

Pilates is more fun with a partner! This type of class straddles the line between a private session and a group class. Similar to a private, you will receive more individualized attention than in a group class, but you get to bring a friend! We will work on strength, balance, coordination, stability, as well as some fun partner challenges. Note that you and your partner's Pilates knowledge and ability should be roughly similar to get the most out of your sessions.
